    富申開創了首例商標質押、首例商標拍賣、首例商標收購價值評估等許多行業第一，為國家重大戰略、重點工程、重大項目和跨國公司提供各類專業服務，如世博會、F1國際賽車城、浦東中央黨校、中國援外項目等。2020年，富申參與國家重大戰略臨港自貿區建設工作，承接了多項臨港自貿區土地評估項目，包括多項土地儲備立項評審投資估算項目，如臨港重裝備產業區特斯拉2期（N01-03地塊）土地儲備立項評審投資估算項目、普洛斯土地儲備立項評審投資估算項目等。也為城市房地產動遷、司法鑒證、資產重組、可行性研究、重大項目工程審計，提供優質的服務。2012年，富申公司完成了上海市首個黃浦區116基地的征收土地評估，一次簽約率在83%，市長在當年的政府工作報告中進行了表揚。2017年5月，集團房產公司參與了虹口區32街坊房屋征收項目，由于新政頒布后，政府實行了“一證一套、全貨幣引導方案征收”，鼓勵動遷居民貨幣化補償，加大了動遷工作的難度。我們克服困難，為居民排憂解難，配合政策要求，圓滿完成任務。第一次動遷率超過85%，達92.53%,超額完成任務，市政府主要領導視察虹口32街坊基地，對富申的工作予以肯定。二個項目均在當時成為標桿，為上海動遷、征收項目提供了樣板。2017年8月，公司對市政重大項目普陀區真如城市副中心B2地塊南塊項目施工引發的居民房屋受損，進行評估，使這懸而未決的矛盾得到了妥善的解決，受到了委托單位的肯定，并專程寫感謝信表示感謝。
    集團公司董事長樊蕓為十一屆、十二屆、十三屆全國人大代表，上海市工商聯副主席、上海市中青年知識分子聯誼會副會長、住建部科技委員會房地產市場服務專委會專家、上海市商標品牌協會會長、上海市慈善基金會愛青慈善基金會理事長、中央統戰部建言獻策財金組專家、長三角黨外知識分子專家、最高人民法院監督員、上海市公安局特約黨風政風警風監督員、上海市稅務局特約監察員、上海市審計局特約審計員、上海市市場監管局黨風、政風、行風監督組副組長、上海市突出貢獻專家、上海市市場監督局法律事務專家。上海財經大學公管學院碩士生導師、上海財經大學金融學院碩士生導師、上海立信會計金融學院碩士生導師。
    2018年5月，公司董事長任《深化商事制度改革、優化營商環境》課題負責人。2018年9月，公司董事長參與全國人大《大數據共享與安全》專題調研，并擔任課題組長。2019年9月擔任上海市委《推進中國（上海）自貿區新片區，加快構建開放型經濟新體制》專項民主監督的調研組組長。2019年她擔任全國人大《扶持實體經濟，釋放企業活力》，課題組組長。同年，還參加全國人大在滬代表《長三角一體化》課題組，赴江蘇和大灣區調研。并擔任市委無黨派人士專項民主監督《促進民營企業健康發展，提升民營企業活力》課題組副組長。2020年，她擔任市委無黨派人士《抓好政務服務＂一網通辦＂、城市運行“一網統管”》課題組組長。為全國人大立法和國家制度設計及市委、市府決策，發揮重要作用。
    公司董事長積極參與國家的民主政治建設，已經開展過550多場講座，提交330多份建議，均被相關部門采納。履職14年，她伴隨著兩屆國家領導人共商國是，8次被安排在人民大會堂發言，其中5次被選為與習近平總書記共同審議時發言。她有5個書面建議被選為全國人大、最高人民法院“重點督辦”建議。她擔任了5次全國人大課題組組長，4次上海市決咨委課題組組長，她的《深化財稅體制改革，加快建立公共財政體系》的審議發言，提出有效落實公共財政資金的監督，提高公共財政資金的績效，得到了習總書記的肯定。2015年，她提出《關于修改反壟斷法的議案》、2016年提出《關于修改質量促進法的議案》，2017年提出《關于制定<中華人民共和國財政法>的議案》，2018年提出《關于依法監管網約車運營、維護出行市場健康發展的議案》，均被全國人大列為議案。2019年開始，她就在全國兩會發表《落實科創板重大任務、充分激發資本市場活力》審議意見，得到人民日報官微的全面肯定，她還參加了全國人大常委會審議，及時推動2019年新的《證券法》改革落地?？苿摪迨强倳浽谏虾＿M博會時提出的重大國家戰略。2020年全國兩會，她又提出了改革不適應的監管模式，依法實施注冊備案制等建議，嚴格退市制度，保證信息披露“天下無假”。得到了中央政治局委員、市委主要領導的肯定，推動了科創板注冊制的全面實施。
    這些年，董事長作為來自行業的全國人大代表，堅持不懈推動中國資本市場的改革，從2016年起就推動《證券法》修改，連續幾年在全國人代會上，提出取消證券評估資質審批制，實行備案制，她建言《取消證券評估資格、進一步落實簡政放權》，最終被中國證監會采納。2019年，新《證券法》落地，打破了房地產估價行業不能進入證券評估領域的限制，為行業轉型發展、更好地服務客戶起到重要作用。2012年、2017年、2018年，她三屆被評為“全國人大履職先進”。
    富申實施民主管理，建立了黨、團、工會。2002年成立工會，2007年成立黨支部，2009年成立團支部。讓員工分享企業管理的決策權和參與權，充分發揮工會和職工代表在民主管理中的積極作用。改革激勵機制,通過列席董事會，增強主人翁意識，提高職工主動參與企業管理的自覺性和積極性。公司開設病危職工救治捐款的“綠色通道”。每月舉辦員工集體生日,實施節日津貼,為員工提供免費體檢，每年赴養老院看望老職工、老專家，對退休養老員工發放養老補貼。公司每年二次組織職工境內外旅游，發放高溫補貼。
    富申注重人才培養。培育學習型團隊,通過內部帶教、理論學習、經驗交流,實施頭腦風暴式講座,還從外部聘請高端培訓,開展《阿米巴模式在組織中的運作》、《質量管理體系轉版》、《中醫導引》、《紅十字會急救技能》培訓。培養了一支執業素質高、專業水平強的評估師隊伍，是一個團結、和諧、充滿朝氣、凝聚力強的企業。
     富申把社會責任看成是企業與生俱來的使命，積極參加社會慈善公益活動。為落實總書記精準扶貧戰略，富申六上安徽大別山貧困山區，深入鄉村，與當地政府多方溝通，建成一條1.3公里的山路，連通了大山與外面的世界，使村里年均家庭收入由7萬元增長到40多萬元。
    2020年6月，富申還積極響應中國房地產估價師與經紀人學會助力湖北大別山區脫貧攻堅倡議，以購代捐，定向采購大別山區特產物資，購買了大米、白蓮子、紅蓮子等特產品，對疫情地區不歧視，身體力行做表率。
    公司黨、團、工會經常參加社會光彩事業公益活動，并長期參與青聰泉自閉癥兒童幫扶活動。2016年6月1日，集團公司主辦的六一“生命的光彩”自閉癥兒童繪畫作品公益展，時任中共上海市社會工作委員會書記、現任上海市委組織部副部長孫甘霖、上海市房地產估價師協會、上海資產評估協會駐會領導參加了活動。2018年1月，富申牽頭成立了上海市慈善基金會愛青專項基金，關愛“來自星星的孩子”，三年捐款1000萬元，上海市慈善基金副理事長施南昌同志、上海市房地產估價師協會、上海資產評估協會、上海市建設工程咨詢行業協會領導參與揭幕儀式。
    2019年10月，富申組織了《夕陽無限好-敬老、愛老、共度重陽》活動，700多位老人和社會各界參加，所有老人安然無恙，實現了他們的心愿，體現了富申組織大型活動的能力和社會影響力，推動了慈善愛心事業的高質量發展。
    十多年來，富申的慈善公益活動形成了社區“陽光之家”、 “正好小勇士發布會”、慰問老勞模老黨員、春節慰問貧困弱勢群體、為董李鳳美學校特殊兒童進行藝術療愈，通過引進國內外著名劇目，為自閉癥兒童提供戲劇體驗，我們還出版自閉癥兒童畫冊、免費提供場地，為自閉癥兒童每周開辦免費繪畫講座，輔導學畫等一系列品牌活動，引領社會各界對自閉癥兒童群體的了解和關愛,提升了全體員工的社會責任。
    2020年，突如其來的疫情爆發，集團董事長第一時間向湖北等疫區，捐助了一萬只醫用口罩，持續捐贈醫用手術衣1000套、隔離面罩400個、醫用隔離眼罩200個，共計價值11萬元，收到武鋼集團職工醫院等單位感謝信7封。集團董事長還組織企業通過上海慈善基金會向湖北捐款1000萬元，收到了上海市委統戰部的感謝信。

That the first signature rate reaching 92.54% got affirmed and praised by the Municipal Government and also set up a model for advancing Shanghai properties reallocation project. In August 2017, the company gave the evaluation of properties damage caused by city major construction program of Putuo Zhenru sub city center B2 southern part of land. After the conflicts had been resolved, we got affirmed by our clients who wrote a letter of thanks specially. For pushing the construction of Shanghai Brand Center, the Group Director was invited to serve as the expert of Shanghai Brand Development Research Center and participated in reviewing “Top 10 Shanghai Brand”.

Regarding social responsibility as the innate mission of a enterprise, the company conducts democratic management. We founded the Labour Union, the Party Branch and the League Branch in 2002, 2006 and 2009 respectively.
